False Accusations

Rape is a serious issue. So are false rape accusations. These are real stories.

The Minefield of Texas A&M Student Discipline

Submitted by WakeUp on Fri, 07/04/2008 - 20:38.

Two Texas A&M students were falsely accused of sexual assauling a woman. The police investigated and had a long conversation with the boys before dropping the charges. The woman then filed a complaint with the Student Conflict Resolution Office at Texas A&M. The boys were found to have violated the school's rules prohibiting sexual assault and were each suspended for a year without any guarantee of being readmitted. All appeals have been denied.

Anonymous rape tests are going nationwide

Submitted by WakeUp on Wed, 05/14/2008 - 18:25.

This appears to be a new method in gender feminists witch hunt for men. Women can now take anonymous rape tests if they are afraid to report the crime. The problem with this is that DNA is present after consensual sex. From the article: " Beginning in 2009, states will have to pay for Jane Doe rape kits to continue receiving funding under the federal Violence Against Women Act, which provides tax dollars for women's shelters and law enforcement training." This is clearly more VAWA funded misandry.

Daughter fails math test, so dad thrown in jail

Submitted by WakeUp on Wed, 05/14/2008 - 18:15.

Not exactly a false accusation but definitely a wrongful conviction. Brian Gegner was sentenced to 6 months in jail for contributing delinquency. The daughter was 16 at the time and is now 18. She was living with her mother when she started skipping school and failed the test, but her father had custody at the time so he was held accountable. If the pot mom who gave her 2-year-old a marijuana blunt is allowed to be with her kids why should a non-abusive father be sentenced for something he had no control over?

Police say girl lied about school attack

Submitted by WakeUp on Sun, 03/30/2008 - 06:01.

An 11-year-old girl lied about being sexually assaulted by a construction worker in the school bathroom. He was part of a crew doing work to renovate the school. For some reason, half of the article is about tightening security in schools and putting limitations on when construction workers can do their job and what doors they can use to enter the school. Some in the area wish to limit construction to off-hours, vacations and summer time. Given the scope of some projects, this is not possible. Strange how that springs from a lie and not the real thing.

UK: Teenager is jailed over taxi rape lie

Submitted by WakeUp on Sat, 03/29/2008 - 03:49.

An 18-year-old girl is jailed for only 8 months after falsely accusing a cab driver of raping her. A short sentence for almost ruining a man's life. At least the U.K. charges the liars with something. The U.S. system often does not impose sentence on women who purger. This is a comment posted to the article by a reader: "Over the Years, there has been numerous times women have made this claim, usually when they had no money for the fare and I call the cops. It is one reason I have three video cameras in my car. Unfortunately, in the U.S. they can't be arrest for making false allegations."

Rape claim was cover for cheating on husband

Submitted by WakeUp on Sat, 03/22/2008 - 00:50.

A psychiatrist has falsely accused one of her patients of raping her in her office. From the article: "Authorities say that Jill Ajao, 41, made the rape claim to conceal an extramarital affair and to "protect herself and her family."". She can stop right after "conceal an extramarital" because her family is not protected by her claim. Being self-medicated is one of the excuses made for her. Police say they were reluctant to charge her with a crime and her only punishment is 90 days and a fine. The falsely accused man was not labeled a victim.

Teacher not guilty of sex assault charges

Submitted by WakeUp on Wed, 03/05/2008 - 21:41.

A man was acquitted of charges that he touched a 13-year-old girl's breasts after following her into a classroom on her way to band practice. The girl, who is now 15 and can not be named, extended her story beyond the single accusation by making up a story based on something she heard on Oprah. He was charged with a total of 8 counts of sexual assault and has been exonerated. Feminist ideology is based in the idea that men are part of an unfair patriarchy and women are generally oppressed by it yet a 13 year old girl can damage a grown man's life and reputation.

He grabbed girl's arm -- now he's a sex offender

Submitted by WakeUp on Fri, 11/30/2007 - 05:19.

Again, not a false accusation but close enough. A man was forced to swerve his car to get out of the way of a 14-year-old girl who was standing in the street. His mistake was saying "Come here little girl" as he exited the card. He grabbed the girl's arm to reprimand her. The girl broke free and ran away. Later he was arrested for kidnapping and unlawful restraint, which in IL state law is technically a sex offense. He was acquitted of the first charge but convicted of the second. He has to register as a sex offender and has housing limitations.

Did Pedophilia Hysteria Cause Child's Death?

Submitted by WakeUp on Fri, 11/30/2007 - 05:09.

Not really a false accusation but close. A U.K. man saw a girl playing near a pond and did not help her because he thought someone might confuse him for a child sex predator. The girl later drowned and the man had to explain himself to the British press.

India: Rigorous Imprisonment For Woman In Fake Rape Case

Submitted by WakeUp on Thu, 11/29/2007 - 17:47.

A 49-year-old Indian woman framed four men for rape, then attempted to extort money from them to avoid conviction. The court noticed inconsistencies in her statements and she was arrested and sentenced to 5 years in prison. Disingenuous women will often change their story during a false accusation and even sometimes when they are the ones defending themselves. Mary Winkler changed her story a few during while giving testimony at the trial for the murder of her husband. The difference is Winkler got away with it.
