This teacher received the mandatory minimum sentence in her jurisdiction for rape. Excerpt: "Holt's attorney, John S. Malik, said the sentence was much longer than what teachers convicted in similar cases got. He reviewed 40 such cases and found the average was 18 months to two years." Things are catching up slowly, but the system would still be more likely to give a tougher sentence to a male who repeatedly had sex with a 13-year-old, especially if the victim was a girl.
Female Sex Offenders
Most women found guilty of sex offense do not receive nearly the harsh treatment of a male sex offender. Many of them are known to only receive probation after being found guilty of having sex with teenagers and children. Some of them will even play the role of victim to avoid a harsh punishment. The cases in these articles should serve to show the biases used in the legal system that help female pedophiles "get off". Watch out for words such as "affair", "love" and "seduce". These are light compared to the inflammatory words often used when speaking of male sex offenders. If you turn on any mainstream news station, the only sex offenders they show are male. The only females shown are the occasional pretty ones. This anti-male bias creates stereotypes and double-standards. This is without mentioning how quick the media is to portray females as victims in the news and in fiction, particularly if the victimizer is male. If women are equal to men, should they not be held to the same scrutiny and punishments as us? Or, on the other side of that same coin, is it possible that males in the prison system are treated harshly like animals and not offered enough sensitivity to be given a good opportunity to be rehabilitated? It is hard to tell. Are men given too much stereotype in the media? Either way, the gender bias is just sad and unacceptable.
6th-Grade Teacher Gets 10 Years in Prison for Sex With Boy
Women Arrested, Accused Of Bathroom Sex In Front Of Children
Two Florida women were arrested on lewd and lascivious exhibition charges as well as battery on a pregnant person, false imprisonment of an adult and child under 13 years old. The two women were performing oral sex on each other in a public pool bathroom while a third woman took photographs. When a pregnant woman walked in with her children, the two women wouldn't let them leave and threatened them not to call the police. Don't think women don't commit sex offense just because major media almost always reports men doing it and feminists lie about it.
Woman denies sex-toy sodomy of soldier lover
19 year old Nicola Clunies-Ross from Australia has been charged with assault, aggravated sexual penetration without consent and deprivation of liberty. The only thing the victim (a solider) consented to was being tied to a chair. The woman's boyfriend (also a solider) appeared and began beating the man tied to the chair. Clunies-Ross then penetrated the victim with a sex toy. Since she is female, I bet she gets off easy.
Woman who sold child sex jailed
A British woman who coerced two troubled girls, age 12 and 15, into prostitution will receive 10 years in jail. The girls, who came from broken homes, were lured by Fiona Walsh, 33, who offered them clothes and expensive items. Eventually, she got the 2 girls, and 3 other young victims addicted to crack-cocaine. Once they were hooked, she began prostituting them. This drug-dealing pimp will receive 10 years in prison. It makes me wonder what kind of a sentence would be handed down to man who did the same thing. Would it be 10 years, or would it be more?
Office fling for 43% of women
Not really an offender story, but a survey of U.K. women proves they can be predatory at work by sleeping their way to the top, or just having a little too much fun at work. Makes me wonder about all these claims of "sexual harassment" and how much of that started from a female co-worker's behavior, considering women can make those claims subjectively. Of course, all men are pigs, though! My favorite quote from the article: "More than a third regularly go to work with no underwear — while 16 per cent visit the loo to relieve sexual frustration."
Boys Cry - Sexual abuse of Indian Boy
Not really a female sex offender story, but it is about sexually abused boys as young as 9 years old in India. The focus of their study was to spot abuse in schools and to push for more protective services and legal protections for boys. Many of the perpetrators are older boys, and occasionally girls. The current legal definition of sexual abuse to a male hardly covers much ground. A study by India's Ministry of Women and Child Development might change that.
Married and pregnant female teacher has sex with 15-year-old boy
In England, a teacher is now on trial for having sex numerous times with a then 15-year-old male student (now 18). Her defense is portraying her as vulnerable and is "blaming the victim" by saying he manipulated and blackmailed her, which according to the article he basically did, yet had it been a teenage girl that type of defense would not work and the male offender he would be no doubt end up doing hard time. I wonder what kind of paid vacation and slap on the wrist she will get. Most of the women with a thing for young boys do when they are caught.
Hearing set for teacher accused of sex crime
Another female teacher has sex with a male student. She is out on bond and is on paid vacation. One of the charges is sodomy which is not usual. Each of these cases are examples of how women will abuse by taking advantage of trust.
Police: BR Teacher Had Sex With Student
23-year-old Lynn Armstrong was arrested for having sex with one of her 16-year-old female high school students. The girl's father found out after reading her diary. Armstrong is on paid leave from school which begs the question: would a male teacher get a paid vacation for having sex with a 16 year old girl? This woman abused her trust and authority.
Florida housing [male] sex offenders under bridge
5 registered sex offenders in Florida have been forced to live under a bridge because they have been denied housing due to their offender status. One man was forced to leave his apartment. He now lives under the bridge with his dog, has a job and sleeps in a chair under the bridge to keep rats from climbing on him. THE BIG QUESTION: Would they do this to female sex offenders? I don't even have to answer that.
