For some reason, half of the article is about tightening security in schools and putting limitations on when construction workers can do their job and what doors they can use to enter the school. Some in the area wish to limit construction to off-hours, vacations and summer time. Given the scope of some projects, this is not possible. Strange how that springs from a lie and not the real thing.
