The girl, who is now 15 and can not be named, extended her story beyond the single accusation by making up a story based on something she heard on Oprah. He was charged with a total of 8 counts of sexual assault and has been exonerated. Feminist ideology is based in the idea that men are part of an unfair patriarchy and women are generally oppressed by it yet a 13 year old girl can damage a grown man's life and reputation. He was suspended without pay and his lawyer says he may never teach again despite being found not guilty. Not surprisingly, this article makes no mention of the extreme lack of male teachers.
